Supported payment methods
Pay with cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Choose a payment currency on the website or in the app, then continue to secure Stripe checkout. Available options depend on currency, location and device; check the options shown at checkout.
After paying, return to the app and choose Sync purchase / restore. If a payment is still processing, wait and sync before paying again.
What the one-time purchase includes
The current Play Pack price is US$9.99 or CNY ¥68.00, including seven extra toys and 25 extra looks. These are fixed regional prices for the same Play Pack, not a live currency conversion. Review the selected currency, product and final total before paying. Available payment methods depend on the checkout options offered at that time.
The seven extra toys are parachute, grapple, skateboard, magnet boots, rocket, spring boots and Finder glasses. Yarn and balloons with their default looks are free. Paid props do not have trials, but you can watch their menu animations in the Play Pack guide.
Up to three computers
One person can use the included local content on up to three activated computers across Mac and Windows combined. Initial activation and purchase recovery need internet access and email verification. Activated local play works offline without periodic renewal. A Windows download is not publicly available yet; see compatibility for the current supported systems.
Restoring a purchase does not synchronize the cat’s name or local relationship memories. When changing computers, manage your activated devices and restore on the new one. See accounts and purchase recovery.
Local licensing and cloud features
The purchase grants permanent use of the included local content. It does not promise all future characters, themes, major content packs or unlimited adaptation to every future operating system. Cloud recognition through Finder glasses is available to eligible Play Pack owners, subject to usage limits and service availability. It is not a permanent or unlimited cloud-service entitlement. Ordinary local companionship remains available if the cloud service is unavailable.
Buying, restoring and refunds
Buying and restoring require email verification. Stripe hosts checkout. A success-page visit alone does not grant a license. After paying, return to Account & Play Pack and choose Sync purchase / restore. If a payment is still processing, restore or contact support before paying again.
