Do I need an account?
No. Download it and the cat moves in. You only enter your email when you buy, so the Play Pack can follow you to another Mac.
Does Mewbi look at my screen?
Only the finder glasses send a picture of your screen, and only when you use them. They ask first, and send just the window you are in. Everything else happens on your Mac.
Which Macs does it run on?
Macs with Apple silicon on macOS 13 or later. Finding edges on buttons, images and the Dock needs macOS 14.
What permissions does it ask for?
None to start. Accessibility lets it find more edges to walk on; Screen Recording is only for the finder glasses. Both are optional.
I bought it. How do I unlock it on my Mac?
Open Mewbi, choose Play Pack from the menu bar, sign in with the email you paid with, then choose Sync purchase. It works on up to 3 Macs, and you can free a slot from any of them.
Can I get a refund?
Our sales and refund terms explain when we refund. Write to buddy@lingo-bear.com and a person will look at it. Your cat and its memories stay either way.
